Matrix conducted risk assessment for TAQA Suez Terminal for the purposes of evaluating implementation of the current safety and their effectiveness. The assessment included SHE , Security , Environment , Fire protection and loading racks. The risk assessment was meant to identify hazards and risk factors Analyze and evaluate the risk associated with the hazard and determine appropriate ways to eliminate the hazard or to control the risk when the hazard cannot be eliminated. Challenges Matrix conducted risk assessment for TAQA service station network for the purposes of monitoring safety at service stations and assessing compliance. The inspection program included 36 service stations that covered a range of sites located across Cairo.
